Summary:

 

Parbiann IT Solutions is seeking highly motivated and experienced Channel Partners to expand our reach and deliver exceptional IT solutions and services to a wider client base. Ideal candidates will possess 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, a strong network of potential clients, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

 

Role Description:

 

This is a freelance opportunity offering significant earning potential for self-motivated individuals with a passion for technology and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.. The role will involve new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within your existing network and through proactive outreach. This includes generating leads, presenting Parbiann IT Solutions' offerings, and closing deals.

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

 

  • Solution Consultation: Collaborate with Parbiann IT Solutions’ technical team to provide clients with tailored IT solutions that meet their specific needs.

 

  • Project Management: You may be involved in overseeing the implementation of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

 

  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate with Parbiann IT Solutions, providing updates on sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. This includes submitting accurate sales reports and maintaining clear communication channels.

 

  • Marketing and Promotion: You may be involved in promoting Parbiann IT Solutions' services within your network.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT solutions and services sales or business development.

  • A proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

  • A strong network of potential clients within the healthcare, real estate, construction, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, FMCG, BFSI, and IT/BPO sectors, ideally with existing relationships with companies.

  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, networking, custom software applications development and managed services.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and current trends.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM is a plus.

 

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on a commission basis and will be highly competitive. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
